This Shipping Policy describes how Artheos processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website. By making a purchase from Artheos, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during normal business operations throughout the week.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location, carrier, customs clearance, and logistical conditions.
Estimated delivery times are shown below.
France (Mainland) 7–12 business days
European Union 5–12 business days
International 7–15 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Artheos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen logistical issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, package size and weight, and selected shipping service.
All shipping fees are shown before you finalize your purchase.
From time to time, Artheos may offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotional campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
A tracking number will be provided when available.
Tracking information can be used via the carrier’s website or the link provided in your email.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Artheos is not responsible.
Any reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
6. Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Artheos is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your order appears delayed, check your tracking information.
You may contact the shipping carrier for updates.
If the carrier is unable to locate your package, contact us at artheos.pro@gmail.com.
We will assist you in filing an inquiry or claim where possible.
8. Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
Allow 24–48 hours for delayed carrier scans.
If the package is still missing, contact us.
Artheos is not responsible for stolen packages, delivery errors, or loss after successful delivery confirmation.
9. Shipping-Related Returns

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Artheos.
